Extensive renovations and additions to existing five-story hotel with 80 guest rooms.  Phase 1 of construction is currently replacing the sewer main that runs under the corner of the new addition.  The 1-story building attached to the hotel was demolished and a new three-story lobby featuring a gymnasium has been added along with new elevator buildings.

Construction began in February 2017 and lasted 8 months.
