New recreational building built on the southwest corner of the prominent Franklin Square Park, home to Historic Philadelphia's family fun attractions. This 36x36 pavilion features a standing seam metal roof and will be used by the community for various events, public and private. 

Construction began in November 2011 and lasted approximately 3 months.
